The dongle says it working properly when I check the properties, and it show up in the device manager but just won't work. I don't have the money to upgrade and all I need is help getting past the hasp issue. This one little glitch is keeping me from being able to use all the designs that I haven't put on floppies. The other message I get say my registration numbers are wrong but since Husqvarna does not support my machine so I can't get any help from them. I've tried new laptops, new dongles installing and uninstalling the software so many times I see it in my sleep. Just remember, your computer on board the machine is not a. Then the design file is out of the file folder. When you look at the USB drive content, it should show something like 'designname.pes' (in your format). Place the design directly on the USB, not in the folder and that may be your problem. When I installed the software I get an error message about the hasp being blocked by the terminal driver that will not let the dongle work. If it is in a folder, the Viking cannot read it. ![]() I'm having an issue with the dongle for my Husqvarna Viking designer 1 embroidery machine.
